During lockdown Janelle, a Year 13 student, entered a national competition organised by The Financial Times and OFCOM.
They wanted young people to write in with their thoughts on the question:
“What must traditional broadcasters and streaming services do to make sure they appeal to the audiences of tomorrow?”
Janelle won the blog post competition, gaining national recognition for her writing talent and also a prize of £100.
Janelle and other sixth form students also run a Film Club at RGS.
